That is a quote from a Circular Online piece on recent Capgemini Research Institute report.

"The research suggests that consumers are currently ‘constrained’ due to issues of convenience, access, and cost".

For those of us working in software and digital sectors this is a huge opportunity. Not an easy one to take advantage of - but who wants to solve easy problems?
